We offer elite training in Judo, Karate, Muay Thai, and Jiu-Jitsu. We also provide specialized self-defence courses and personal fitness training.
Our memberships start from £25.00 per month (Basic) up to £60.00 per month (Elite/Unlimited). We also offer junior memberships for £25.00.
For your first few sessions, comfortable sports clothing is fine! As you progress, you will need a Gi for Judo/Karate or gloves/shinpads for Muay Thai. All of this can be purchased or rented at our front desk.
Yes! Our facility includes a fully-equipped fitness room, a steam room, and a sauna. Access to the fitness room is included in some memberships or available for £6.00 per visit.
